Is 90 Day Fiancé Shaeeda Sween scamming her fans on social media? We ask because she posted one of those “win an iPhone” contests on her Instagram, and something about it feels off. In the picture, she is holding an iPhone and is surrounded by Louis Vuitton bags. Bags that genuinely could be empty. This is all in lieu of her attempting to become a influencer. Most people recognize those as scams and are wondering if she is just behind the times and late to the party.
But we do have to chime in and also point out she may be getting scammed as well. There is a solid chance that someone reached out to her, she agreed, and just doesn’t know it’s a scam. But anyone familiar with the internet knows that usually those iPhone giveaways are just some sort of trick. That said, again, she may not be aware of that herself. That’s a mighty tangled web to weave.
Is 90 Day Fiancé Shaeeda Sween Scamming Her Fans?
Via Screenrant:
Shaeeda appears to have a sweet personality. However, her new promotional post has turned 90 Day Fiancé fans against her, as they think she’s misleading her followers. Shaeeda recently shared a photo of herself holding an iPhone surrounded by dozens of Louis Vuitton gift bags. She wrote, “I’m giving away an iPhone 14, one of these designer bags or equivalent,” and asked her fans to follow an Instagram account to enter. As expected, the concept didn’t make sense to TLC viewers. One of the viewers with the username MotherofChoad shared a screenshot of it on Reddit and wrote, “Love how Bilal’s Louis Fuitton is pictured.” Other Redditors chimed in, agreeing that Shaeeda’s picture looked staged. A Redditor commented, “Those are empty shopping bags. Another scam.”
Is 90 Day Fiancé Shaeeda Sween scamming her fans on social media? Listen, we’ve seen these “win an iPhone” type scams since the inception of the internet. Something about the pic and the way she framed the giveaway just feels very questionable. It really did look like she just surrounded herself with empty bags and is making empty claims. But in the same breath, could there be some truth to this? Yes, she could very well be giving away an iPhone. But the way it looks and the way she laid it out feels very off.
Lastly, if or when someone does win, we will let you know.
