Till then, enjoy Jack-8 in action in the newest Tekken 8 gameplay trailer.
Tekken 8 Jack-8 Gameplay Trailer
Jack-8 was revealed today in Tekken 8’s newest gameplay on the Bandai Namco Entertainment Youtube Channel. And he dives onto the stage off a Rail Gun with a spiffy introductory pose in classic Arnold Style.
Judging from the trailer, there’s lots of verticality and juggle potential in Jack-8’s arsenal this time around. He can juggle characters, wall bounce them, and continue combos, putting the opponent in a bound state.
Jack-8’s just one of the few characters that have been introduced to Tekken 8 so far. Initially, we got to see Ninja in action with some guns in her move set. Martial Law’s rocking some nun-chucks. Jin’s combos are going balls to the walls, and Kazuya turns into Devil Kazuya in his Heat Burst. King’s wrestling and grappling are revamped, and Paul Phoenix finally dropped his iconic hairstyle.
But we’re yet to see more characters in Tekken 8’s lineup, considering we haven’t seen the likes of Yoshimitsu, Dragonuov, Bryan, and many others. But roster characters aside, are we going to see any guest characters pop up in Tekken 8’s line-up.
Previously, Akuma entered the roster as a new guest character relevant to the main story. Later we got to experience Final Fantasy XV’s Noctis Lucis Caelum, followed by the most surprising addition to the Roster, Negan from the Walking Dead.
So, what do you think of Jack-8’s new look in the latest Tekken trailer? Would you finally main him? Let us know in the comments below.
