Jenna Ortega Nervous Ahead Of SNL Hosting 

The thought of flopping is making Jenna nervous ahead of SNL hosting in a few weeks. Jenna Ortega’s SNL hosting comes up soon, and the Wednesday star has been preparing for it. However, she also revealed that she is a bundle of nerves at the thought of not doing well. 

On Sunday, the actress shared just how nervous she is to head to Studio 8H. “One hundred percent,” Ortega told ET on Sunday at the 2023 SAG Awards about having jitters for the upcoming moment.

Jenna added that those she reached out to for help also gave her terrifying reports. 

“It’s so funny because everyone is prepping me for it and they’re like, ‘yeah, any of our clients who have worked for SNL has said that it’s the most stressful week of their life,’ have called crying, ‘Oh my God I don’t know what to do, I don’t know if I’m funny enough, I don’t know if I’m this enough.’ 

However, Jenna said she has decided to be brave and thinks hosting it will be “delightful, fun, and wonderful.” 

Meanwhile, Jenna is heading to New York City on March 11 with musical guest The 1985.

Jenna Ortega Was Nominated For The SAG Awards 

Ahead of the Saturday Night Live hosting debut, the You actress celebrated being a first-time nominee at Sunday’s SAG Awards. Jenna got nominated for her role as the titular Addams family star of Netflix’s Wednesday. 

About being nominated, the Scream actress mentioned that it felt like a dream to be making people she admires. Jenna also got nominated for the same series at the 2023 Golden Globes in January. After a whirlwind first appearance at the ceremony, she was ready to take on the SAGs.

The 2023 SAG Awards occurred on Sunday, February 26, at Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles. The Fallout actress revealed that the 2023 Globes is the largest event she has ever attended. She compared it to the SAGs saying the latter is more intimate, which is better for her.

Jenna Ortega’s SNL hosting will be a smash if the actress stays true to herself. Understandably, hosting for the first time will make Jenna nervous ahead of SNL debut. However, she has the love of her fans to encourage her.
