HBO’s Succession star Jeremy Strong is working with writer, producer, and director Tobias Lindholm on the limited series The Best of Us. The series examines the fallout after the September 11th terror attacks and the exposure of toxicity from the fall of the World Trade Center. The Best of Us will detail the treatment fallout of first responders, teachers, students, and more that helped out. Lindholm will write and direct the series, Strong will executive produce and star in it. Tobias Lindholm signed a first-look deal with Sister, which was co-founded by Elisabeth Murdoch, Stacey Snider, and Jane Featherstone. Strong and Lindholm are developing the series with journalist and author Chris Smith. This is the next big project for HBO’s Succession star Jeremy Strong.
Tobias Lindholm co-wrote for the Academy Award-winning film Another Round. He also directed and wrote for the series The Investigation. Lindholm co-wrote and directed two episodes of Netflix’s Mindhunter. Tobias Lindholm’s next endeavor will be the limited series The Best of Us with HBO’s Succession star Jeremy Strong. In other words, Lindholm has ample experience directing and writing dark material.

Jeremy Strong is a Primetime Emmy Award-winning actor. His starring role in HBO’s Succession catapulted him to stardom. He plays Kendall Roy, one of the lecherous members of the wealthy Roy family. Despite his recent stardom, Strong has a healthy portfolio. He has had roles in The Good Wife, Molly’s Game, and Netflix’s The Trial of the Chicago 7. The actor was nominated for the Lucille Lortel Award for Oustanding Lead Actor for his theater work. The star has been keeping busy. He will star opposite Anthony Hopkins in the upcoming Armageddon Time, and opposite Leonard Bernstein in the biopic Maestro.
