Killing Eve star will be in the upcoming Big Swiss series adaptation from Adam McKay for HBO. It’s is based on Jen Beagin’s sex therapy novel of the same name. The novel follows a woman that provides sex therapy in Hudson, NY, but because fixated on one of her clients. The infatuation leads to an unstable relationship between the two. Jodie Comer will play the Big Swiss Flavia. The series adaptation comes from A24 and Adam McKay’s Hyperobject Industries. HBO won the project over 14 other bidders. Right now, HBO is leaning towards making Big Swiss a limited series. Comer and Beagin will executive produce the Big Swiss series. Other works from A24 include Moonlight and the limited series The Sympathizer. Hyperobject Industries has created films Don’t Look Up and the basketball drama series Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty.

The fourth and final season of Killing Eve has come and gone. The series skyrocketed Jodie Comer into stardom as the sociopathic assassin Oxana Vorontsova aka Villanelle, opposite Sandra Oh. The actor has had many starring roles in other series, not just Big Swiss. She has also starred in the series Thirteen, My Mad Fat Diary, The White Princess, and Doctor Foster. Killing Eve exposed Comer’s talents to American audiences. Jodie Comer has since gotten roles in films such as Free Guy and The Last Duel. Comer will be able to further show American audiences her acting talents in Adam McKay’s series adaptation of Big Swiss. The young actor has already won a Primetime Emmy Award and a British Academy Television Award. She has wowed audiences on screen, and she will take her talents to the West End for Suzie Miller’s play Prima Facie from April 2022 to June 2022.
