With Kanye West’s Campaign and presidential ambitions comes the need to spend cash on Milo Y. And so far, he has given Milo Yiannopoulos more than $40,000 while reimbursing Nick Fuentes. West’s Campaign has been ongoing for some time now. In 2020, the “Bound 2” rapper told fans he would go against Donald Trump.
Before his declaration for the most important seat in America, the controversial rapper shared close ties with Trump. He even disclosed his admiration for the former President. In 2019, for the first time, West voiced his hope of becoming a president, but his declaration was vague until 2020.
Kanye West’s campaign that year left him with about fifty thousand votes. He was heavily criticized by his peers and secured limited votes from US citizens.
But he remained undefeated, and in 2022, he revealed his passion for leading America in 2024. In 2020, West funded his campaign and may do so in the future. However, last year, the Federal Election Commission claimed that the sole funding from the rapper violated fundraising rules.
Milo Y Was Paid Tens of Thousands For Kanye West’s Campaign
Kanye West and Milo Y are no longer pals, but FEC filings revealed that the rapper paid the media personality a whopping $40,000 to fuel his campaign.
According to the docs, this sum was paid, before last Christmas, to finance “Campaign Wrap-Up Services.” This may not be far from the truth as both men were constantly in each other’s company last year.
Apart from the $40,000, Milo Y received an additional $9,955 from the Kanye West campaign in November. This was tagged “Domain Transfer.” Before these revelations came to light, Kanye West and Milo Y were at loggerheads after the media personality alleged he was being owed $116k.
Sources from West’s camp maintained that nothing of such was agreed upon. Meanwhile, FEC claimed $14,719.87 was given to Nick Fuentes to sort out travel costs. During Kanye West’s campaign, Fuentes was seen tailing behind the rapper while they moved from different cities.
For now, West has relaxed on his quest to recover America by becoming President and implementing his choices, especially since parting with Milo Y and Fuentes.
