Kelly Dodd doesn’t think Erika Jayne should be on RHOBH. Dodd thinks Jayne is basically spiraling and not paying attention to her own mental health or well-being. Dodd thinks giving Jayne a platform will only cause her to up her ante. Kelly Dodd is calling Erika Jayne a raging alcoholic in not so many words. And when you mix antidepressants with booze, the outcome is pretty bad.
But we need to remember producers of The Real Housewives long for that kind of behavior. A house full of people who have their crap together would make for boring reality television. But Dodd thinks all spotlights need to be taken off Jayne until she can iron out some of her demons.
Kelly Dodd, Erika Jayne, & RHOBH
“According to Kelly, Erika shouldn’t even be on the show for that reason. ‘Telling everyone that she’s okay, she’s not okay. She shouldn’t even be on the show. She should be checking herself in and working on herself and helping, and doing a Go Fund Me page or a charity event for the victims,’ Kelly remarked. Erika talked about taking antidepressants while drinking alcohol. She confessed, ‘I have taken my mental health very seriously because I needed to be stable in order to handle things that were coming at me, and I did have a couple drinks with some anti-depressants, yeah, and it hits you really hard.'”
So, in essence, Jayne is sort of validating everything Kelly Dodd has said. Kelly Dodd doesn’t think Erika Jayne should be on RHOBH because she is a flaming car wreck of a human being. But not to cast stones, isn’t that why all these women are on the show in the first place? Because they thrive off the drama and get seemingly bored as hell when life actually goes peacefully? That’s their whole vibe, TBH.
The best part is that they all live in the same glass house, yet they all cast stones anyway.
