Kim Kardashian is still on the lookout for “The One.” For the first time since her split from Pete Davidson, the American socialite and reality TV star spoke about what might be in store for her as regards her dating life.
Appearing on The Late Late Show With James Corden on Wednesday, September 14, The Kardashians star spoke about her dating life while also revealing the kind of man she would like to date.
Kim Kardashian’s Next Step In Her Dating Life
Speaking with host James Corden, Kim, 41, revealed that she would like to take a moment to focus on herself.
“I haven’t really thought about it because I’m not looking. I just want to chill for a minute. I think I need some time to myself and to focus — finish school, all that. But I think my next route, I feel like I have to do something, go to different places,” she said. “Clearly it’s not working, whatever I’m doing.”
The Skims designer revealed that she is happily single. She hinted that although she would date again, she is done dating within the entertainment industry.
“So, I don’t know, maybe a hospital and meet a doctor, a law firm,” Kim said. “I think it’s going to be, like, scientist, neuroscientist, biochemist, doctor, attorney, that’s maybe what I envision.”
Kim Kardashian’s Relationship Prior To Being Single
Per Us Weekly, Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson, 28, called off their relationship after several months of dating. A source revealed that the split was amicable on both ends. Although the former couple “had a lot of fun together and they can look back with fond memories,” their busy schedules were a major issue in their relationship.
The SKKN founder previously spoke about Pete Davidson in her interview Magazine cover story earlier this month. “He’s a cutie,” she said. “He’s literally such a good person, they don’t really make them like him anymore. I’m excited for what he has coming up.”
Kim Kardashian’s relationship with Pete Davidson marked her first public romance since her split from Kanye West. She filed for divorce from the rapper in February 2021, and the divorce was finalized a year later. The pair share four kids, daughter North, 9, son Saint, 6, daughter Chicago, 4, and son Psalm, 3.
