Kim Kardashian files new trademarks for North West in a bid to prepare her kids to inherit her $1 billion business empire. The move comes on the heels of a surge in Kim Kardashian and North West’s TikTok accounts.
The mother-and-daughter duo recorded millions of views on their videos on their joint TikTok channel. Get the details below.
Kim Kardashian Files New Trademarks For North West
Kim Kardashian files new trademarks for North West to gear her up for her own toy and skincare line. The reality star reportedly filed for four trademarks in North’s name on March 10, according to The Sun.
The first trademark filed is for skincare products, including “non-medicated skin preparations, skin moisturizers, skin lotions, skin creams, skin cleansers.”
North’s beauty line also plans to expand into “Skin serums, facial oils, body oils, bath and shower gels, bubble bath, body powders, cosmetics, fragrances, hair care preparations,” and more.
The Hulu star also plans for North to build her own toy business empire. Her second trademark details toy figures for both boys and girls, including “doll accessories, infant toys and mechanical action toys.”
North’s toy company may also include: “Children’s educational toys for developing fine motor and cognitive skills, musical toys, toy food, toy cookware, baby gyms, playground balls, and sport balls.”
North’s third trademark further promises advertising services. Meanwhile, her fourth includes “entertainment.” Kim Kardashian and North West constantly entertain viewers on their joint TikTok account. The two also step out on several occasions together.
Kim filed similar trademarks for North back in 2019 but, at the time, included an additional trademark for clothing.

North isn’t the only child Kim has filed trademarks for. Kim recently filed for trademarks for Saint and Chicago. And as with her other children, they reportedly include skincare, toys, and fashion lines.
In November 2022, the SKIMS creator reportedly filed 12 for her youngest child, Psalm. They included skincare and “probiotic supplements; nutritional supplements; vitamins,” and baby accessories and food.
Kim also filed some for “furniture, textiles, clothing, toys, and advertising services.” It could also include baby carriers worn on the body, all-purpose carrying bags, backpacks, handbags, tote bags, purses, wallets, bags for carrying babies’ accessories, diaper bags” and more.
The Dash co-founder has made a name for herself over the years and has many trademarks of her own. Therefore it is not surprising she would do the same for her children.
Meanwhile, some of Kim’s siblings have also followed in her steps to acquire trademarks for their own children. Kylie Jenner filed three new trademarks for her daughter Stormi World on August 24, 2022.
Kim Kardashian’s move to prepare her kids to inherit her business empire is admirable. Hopefully, several people will adopt this decision to create financial freedom for their kids.
