A new trailer for Knockout City’s season 4 update, Alien Invaders, has been released earlier today. Knockout City ‘Alien Invaders’ will have a new map, new events and playlists, a new brawl pass, and other features to the team-based multiplayer on December 7, 2021.
The “Alien Invaders,” will have players attempt to save their city from cosmic creatures attacking from another world. The trailer begins with police sending out the Knocking City Defense Force, and the DJ teaming up with a “mysterious caller” in an attempt to make contact with the aliens before overviewing the features being added this season.
The new game map, Alien Smash Site, will add a new level of strategy to the gameplay, as players will now be able to jump on top of the various flying saucers scattered across floating farmland to hover across pits, traveling at high speeds, and get an aerial advantage over their opponents! These Alien UFOs will be available as Crew Vehicles when Season 4 begins. Players will also be able to enjoy new events, game modes, and an all-new Brawl Pass as part of the Season 4 pack, the details of which are yet to be revealed.
This update comes following the end of Season 3 and the addition of the Royale Rumble last month, which was a limited-time event that featured a brand new game mode and arena for players to duke it out in all-out, free-for-all style combat. It also featured a variety of upgrades to current versions of the Knockout City game. These included graphic and performance updates for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One owners.
The update also included the title as part of the PlayStation Plus subscription service for the month of November, and PS Plus users are still able to claim their copy of Knockout City up until December 6.
