The former MTV star, 36, proved she’s a hardcore gym nut in a recent share. Kristin Cavallari posted for her 4 million+ Instagram followers over the weekend. She showed off her impressive workout routine, pumping heavy iron in spandex and also going barefoot as she built up more muscle. Fans are loving it, and many noticed that the Uncommon James founder had chosen to ditch her footwear.

Reposting from her TikTok, Kristin opened with a warm-up, also including a stair machine. The Laguna Beach alum wore tight black leggings and a strappy white top that was slightly cropped. Fans saw her legs banded together as she shuffled around on a mat. Things, however, quickly got more demanding.
Kristin Cavallari moved onto weights, where she deadlifted a massive barbell alongside pumping that iron while lying on a gym bench. Showing off her steely-strong legs and cheesegrater abs, Kristin wowed with her workout body enough to impress fellow reality star, Audrina Patridge. In a caption, she told her Instagram followers:

In June 2022, Kristin posted a sizzling bikini snap to address her weight.
She wrote:
I’ve come a long way from a few years ago and I’m really proud of the progress I’ve made. I don’t even recognize the girl in those other 2 photos..and no, I never had an eating disorder..that was purely stress. I work out really hard and am dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and I think just because I’m a mom doesn’t mean I can’t be proud of my body and be comfortable in my skin.
