Black Panther’s solo outing sounds promising.
Black Panther rivaled Spider-Man for the best new character in Captain America: Civil War. The king of Wakanda’s own movie is something we’ve known about for a while. However, details about it are something that is hard to come by.
Until now.

It’s all thanks to her.
Lupita Nyong’o, who plays Wakandan special forces member Nakia, chose comic-con to reveal a few details. According to Collider.com, she had this to say;
“The story of this Black Panther is- what am I allowed to say? – The story is that the Black Panther’s leadership is really threatened by two foes who come together, and so Black Panther gets the help of the C.I.A. and the Dora Milaje to try and defeat the enemy.”
Seems like this movie is going to ignore the wider MCU to set up what Wakanda is like. Furthermore, it’s very likely that we’ve met one of these two ‘foes’ before. We’re already familiar with Andy Serkis’ character Ulysses Klaw thanks to Age of Ultron. Klaw is, in the comics, a villain who has had more than a few run-ins with Black Panther. Maybe Klaw is getting a chance to get more Vibranium? It looks like we’ll have to wait until July 6, 2018, to find out.
