How to Find a Battery for the Thumper
When the Thumper short circuits, Star-Lord is tasked with searching the area to find a battery to get the machine up and running again. You will do this by using Star-Lord’s visor vision. This is similar to the Detective Vision or Witcher Sense from the Batman Arkham and The Witcher series respectively. It is a way for you to scan items of interest to either learn some lore or continue down a critical path. Here you are looking for a pile of white goo that is holding up a platform. This goo structure will appear yellow in the visor and is on the opposite side of the arena from Rocket. Once you find it, shoot the goo with your gun, and the platform, as well as the battery on top of it, will fall to the ground.
