The two-wheeled racing simulation will continue the great legacy that the franchise has built over the years, allowing its users to feel those turns and the power of that bike. The game will be coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and Steam. Check out the new trailer for MotoGP 22 below.
What are the new features included in MotoGP 22?
So, what are these new features of MotoGP 22, you ask? Well, there will be a brand-new mode that re-lives the 2009 race season (considered the most exciting in MotoGP history). Players will be able to enjoy a documentary-style film about the famous season that comes with the original footage. But you won’t just be watching from the side-line; you’ll be thrust into the bike seat as well, with a variety of challenges to take part in and outcomes that rely on the player’s skill and decisions – sounds intense, right?
The fun doesn’t stop there, though, because MotoGP 22 also has more new features such as The Revised Tutorial, for all those newcomers out there that want a fluid introduction to the gameplay, as well as the new MotoGP Academy, which is for those returning gamers who want to improve and perfect their skills since playing the previous installment.
Some other aspects that MotoGP 22 has to offer are a new level of realism with new face animations, improved 3D characters, and pits. A new Ride Height Device so players can manually manage the locking mechanism of the RHD and control the new suspension system, as well as enhanced tracks with better surfaces and a shed load of other intricate additions.
The racing games release date is April 21st, so all you racing enthusiasts had best get that date in your diaries and get ready for MotoGP 22, the only superbike simulation game you will need to play.
