The Comedy Store memorial for Bob Saget, which took place in January following the comedian’s unexpected death, will be released on Netflix in June. TMZ reports that Mike Binder, one of Saget’s close friends and the man behind the event, made the announcement on the Dystopia Tonight with John Poveromo podcast. The memorial was a star-studded event with names such as Jim Carrey, Chris Rock, Jackson Browne, John Mayer, John Stamos, and Jeff Ross in attendance. Few tickets were made available to the public, so having the tribute released on Netflix will allow many of Saget’s fans to enjoy the moving and hilarious tribute.

The Sad Loss of Bob Saget
Saget died unexpectedly at the age of 65 in a Floria hotel room after performing at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall in Jacksonville. His cause of death was later revealed to be head trauma. Many speculations have been made about how that head trauma occurred. Some have suggested he hit the back of his head, or he may have tripped on a rug and fallen. Recently it was reported that Saget told crew members at the Ponte Vedra that he had battled Covid-19 and hearing issues. However, there’s no evidence this had anything to do with his death.
