The nearly half-hour long playthrough is a deep dive into the choices and consequences, showing how the player’s actions affect and change the locations, and in the end the world.
The Dying Light 2 demo was presented behind closed doors at E3 2019, and will be showcased at this year’s Gamescom.
The stream showcasing the new gameplay will be available via Techland’s Twitch and Facebook.
Dying Light 2 is a sequel to the popular zombie thriller that released in January 2015. Later on, it released its own battle royale mode, to add to the growing list of them we are all playing at the moment.
Dying Light 2 brings to life a unique post-apocalyptic vision of a Modern Dark Ages – a brutal, bleak and unforgiving reality where you are as likely to perish at the hand of a human as you are by the infected. In this exhausted world, your quick thinking, exceptional parkour abilities, and brutal combat skills are the only things that let you dive into darkness and emerge alive. Make ambiguous decisions and witness how they impact the world on multiple levels, transform the shape of The City, and ultimately decide it’s fate.
