About a dozen new games are released a day on Steam. And while you think it looks good, keeping up with it can be pretty tough. Considering you don’t look at every game released on Steam, you won’t find any potentially fascinating gems. So we did exactly that. If nothing strikes your interest this week, we’ve compiled the best new PC games you can buy on Steam.
New Steam Games You Probably Haven’t Played
A couple of games were released on Steam last weekend. We have prepared a list for these games, from racing to fighting and simulation. Here are new Steam games you probably missed.
Redout 2
Developed by Saber Interactive and 34BigThings, Redout 2 continues after the release of Redout: Lightspeed Edition for Xbox in 2017. This time though, the developer behind it promises that Redout 2 will be the biggest, the fastest, and the most diverse Redout yet. As you’d think, Redout 2 will be fast, with racers traveling more than 1000 MPH. Players are seen pinging their way around thirty-six diverse racetracks, making the most of twelve chassis types and many different game modes.
Redout 2 arrives on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5, and PC (through Steam and Epic), and the price is $30.
American Theft 80s
American Theft 80s will be available on Steam and invites you to “loot.” The game is from the creators of Thief Simulator and comes with CRTs, VHS recorders and boom boxes, wedge-shaped supercars, and pastel-colored neon lights. According to the developers, every house, bank, shop and museum can be robbed with the right tools, and you just have to know how to do it. The player must get a head start in a land rife with corruption and crime while discovering what the residents are hiding.
American Theft 80s is released on PC through Steam, and the price is ‎$17.99.
Final Vendetta
Final Vendetta, a side-scrolling beat ’em upbeat them up from Numskull Games, is a tribute to classic arcade games like Streets of Rage, Double Dragon, and Final Fight from the 1980s and 1990s.
Final Vendetta is a solo or co-op game featuring four separate game modes covering Arcade. The goal is to fight through six locales, Boss Rush, Survival, and Versus, where the goal is to battle all bosses, survive waves of opponents, and player vs. player battles.
Final Vendetta arrives on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, PS5, and PC through Steam, and the price is $21.24.
