Silent Hill is one of the most missed games. We saw a playable demo from the series’ latest game, but then we heard it got canceled. We also heard about a few reborn projects, but a successor game didn’t show up so far. Finally, Silent Hill might be getting a successor, and a teaser trailer has appeared with a reveal date.
The trailer first appeared in a Japanese forum from Konami’s origin country. It’s not officially confirmed, but the trailer gives us a close date. You might start waiting for that reveal date with controlling your excitement.
Leaked Trailer Shows a Reveal Date For Next Silent Hill Game
We’ve heard about that leaked trailer with a game informer’s tweet. The informer claims that he took the video from a Japanese forum, and these forums are the only place a Japanese game trailer might get leaked. The trailer doesn’t give us any other information. It’s just a date with the original Silent Hill logo.

One of the most important things from the video is that it mentions a global reveal date. That means we won’t see a Japanese reveal event first. The game informer also claims that he doesn’t guarantee this is official. He says he’s waiting for a reply from the person who shared this video. We will get more information after the informer’s updates.
If the Silent Hill reveal date is accurate, we will probably see an announcement from Konami. But also, we highly recommend that you should keep your expectations limited. The trailer might be a fake video, and it doesn’t seem like a high-quality one.
It’s been a long time since we played the last game from Silent Hill. There was an ocean of rumors that Konami was working on another Silent Hill remake. If Konami is making a sequel or a remake, it might shake the gaming industry.
