There are several raw materials that you can find in the new MMO from Amazon Games Studios, New World. From iron to flint to a litany of different types of wood, these are all resources that you can harvest from the world of Aeternum. These items are used to craft and create other, more valuable materials. One of these craftable materials is linen, which is so valuable that you are putting yourself at a great detriment if you don’t know how to get it. Luckily, this guide can make that process as clear as possible. This guide will show you how to make linen in New World.
How to Make Linen in New WorldÂ
To craft yourself some linen, you are going to need to find yourself one of those aforementioned raw materials, that being some fiber. You will be required to find four pieces of fiber to be exact. These are found pretty easily in the world, usually in the forest biomes or in the grasslands. You can distinguish them by their purple caps. Linen is a very important and versatile material as it is used to craft many of the early game items and gear such as light armor.
To make linen out of these fibers that you have scavenged, you will need to take the fibers to a loom station. These stations can be found in all the large settlements dotted around the game world and are signified on your map by an icon that looks like a house with some vertical string inside of it. Once at the station, select the linen crafting material and use those four fibers you found to make it. As simple as that. With that done, you have now made linen in New World.
New World is now available on PC through Steam.
