Given the collaboration with Nintendo for Mario’s 35th anniversary, each of the items is cake batter flavored and includes an assortment of multicolor star sprinkles. In addition to the new desserts, Cold Stone is hosting special Nintendo sweepstakes. Participants have the chance to get prize packs including a Nintendo Switch and Mario games.
Interestingly, Super Mario 3D All-Stars is not a part of the sweepstakes.
You can redeem your My Nintendo points to get a dollar off coupon for ice cream. You can also enter to win a $100 gift card from Cold Stone Creamery. Assuming most of us have an absurd number of My Nintendo points to use, getting some ice cream coupons does not sound too bad.
Unlock a Super Mario Ice Cream Wallpaper for Your Phone or Computer
Best of all, you can redeem a Super Mario 35th anniversary wallpaper for your phone or computer. Now you can truly celebrate the legacy of Mario on Nintendo platforms, from Super Mario 64 to the greatness of Cold Stone. The Nintendo ice cream, shake, and cake are available now. However, given Nintendo‘s love of limited access to content you should get your hands on these treats sooner rather than later.
Nintendo has been on a trend lately of partnering with food products. The Super Mario cereal also functioned as a working Amiibo. To learn more about the Super Mario Birthday Cake Batter Bash, click here.
