The brilliantly titled zombie shooter is set to infect your Nintendo Switch today as Pandemic Shooter finally arrives. Developed by Cave Games with publishing by No Gravity Games, Nintendo Switch owners can now purchase the zombie shooter for $4.49 through the eShop. Expect to see all possible conspiracy theories for this round of zombie killing.
The Pandemic Has Driven Us Into A Zombie Mode Shooter
For the Nintendo Switch, colorful experiences are among a commonality for many titles. The same easily applies to Cave Games and their newest project, Pandemic Shooter. Inspired greatly by real-life conspiracy theories and the COVID-19 virus, Pandemic Shooter hands the player a weapon to take care of some undead business. Well, technically 16 weapons, to be exact – along with some grenades and power-ups to boot. You can experiment with all of the weapons through the 8+ hour campaign. But once you complete all of the levels, the game will throw an Endless Mode at you to test your limits.
With all of the theories running amok globally, none can compare to the reality that everyone is a zombie. The story is consumed with “original dark humor,” which is greatly on display with the official trailer for Pandemic Shooter. The zombie shooter may have a brief trailer, but the dialogue is something to die for:
In a galaxy not that far, far away – I mean, our galaxy, our solar system, on our planet- Crap! Just say that! An alien prison ship crash landed – no, no, not like that! Spoiler Alert! Okay, let’s start over…During the Earth’s darkest hours while the pandemic started taking li- Oh, f*** that! Whatever, just shut up, lock and load, and shoot!”
Pandemic Shooter is available now for the Nintendo Switch for $4.49. This is a limited price that will soon return to its set retail cost at $4.99. Be sure to let us know what your thoughts are for Pandemic Shooter in the comments.
