No Man’s Sky launches new Interceptor update, according to the official statement. The new changes dubbed as the Interceptor update introduces new features into the game.
The advanced improvements will range from powerful corrupted enemies to fighting off new starships and technologies.
Interceptor is the game’s update 4.2 and brings more content for gamers to explore throughout their journey in the galaxy. Players are excited to explore the new content and features added to the game by the new update.
After a difficult launch in 2016, No Man’s Sky reinvented itself by releasing different updates. The series of new updates have added new content for players to explore space, meet aliens, and build a unique base.
In February this year, Hello Games unveiled a Fractal update for the game, introducing PS VR2 support. The update also added a brand-new expedition referred to as Utopia. The expedition allowed gamers to reconstruct a secluded solar system for the Utopia organization.
After the completion of the Utopia exploration, No Man’s Sky launched a major update, referred to as Interceptor. The significant update brought about corrupted worlds, planets dominated by Sentinel soldiers, and new resources.
As No Man’s Sky launches new Interceptor update, it will bring into the game a new starship, multi-tool units, numerous gameplay improvements, and fixing bugs.
Gamers are excited about the new expedition in update 4.2 and its unique rewards. The temporary events usually come with numerous challenges for gamers to do and a new story to explore. No Man’s Sky will face stiff competition in 2023 after the launch of Bethesda’s Starfield in September.
Even though Starfield should maintain its key RPG elements of prior Bethesda games, No Man’s Sky will provide an explosive simulation across various planets.
Currently, No Man’s Sky is accessible on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and Switch.
