No Man’s Sky has today deployed update 3.92 across all platforms, so here’s the full list of changes and fixes with this patch. Today’s update comes following the fairly recent Leviathan expansion, which brought with it an intense roguelike survival game with more nuance than you could ever desire. Hopefully, you’ve been enjoying that, as it seems fans are loving the mode and the other additions made. As for today though, this is merely some cleanup for various issues with the game which we’ll elaborate on. Without further adieu, here’s everything new with No Man’s Sky in its 3.92 update!
No Man’s Sky Update 3.92 Patch Notes
- Fixed an issue which incorrectly caused players to take damage while on planet.
- Fixed an issue that allowed players to kill their own companions.
- Fixed an issue that caused some newly collected items to create a new stack rather than add to existing stacks within the player’s inventory.
- Fixed an issue that could cause items to be added to the wrong inventory.
- Fixed a number of issues with the Fleet Command tutorial mission during an expedition that begins with a freighter.
- Fixed an issue that could cause some players to not know the correct frigate fuel recipes.
- Fixed a GPU crash on PlayStation 4.
- Fixed a creature-related crash that could occur when quitting to the main menu.
As you can see, today’s update is just some minor cleanup. With that being said, some of these issues are quite noteworthy and caused serious issues when encountered. As just one example of this, the GPU crash on PlayStation 4 would straight up boot you out of the game, so having that fixed is more than welcome. If an issue you’ve encountered before or after this update isn’t here, feel free to head over to the team’s bug report form to let them know of the problem.
No Man’s Sky is available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. For more information regarding this update, check out the official website.
