No Man’s Sky has today deployed update 3.93 across all platforms, so here’s the full list of changes and fixes with this patch. As we just got update 3.92 four short days ago, today’s No Man’s Sky update is unsurprisingly small, bringing with it just a few bug fixes to improve overall game health. The update is currently only available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox consoles, so unfortunately PlayStation 5 users will have to wait. Though given the size of the update, I’m sure there’s no one too upset over that. Without further ado, here’s everything new with No Man’s Sky in its 3.93 update!
No Man’s Sky Update 3.93 Patch Notes
- Fixed an issue that could cause custom discovery names to be reset on load.
- Fixed a number of issues that could allow players to take damage in protected locations.
- Fixed a multiplayer issue that could cause players to incorrectly take damage that ought have been applied to a different player.
As mentioned, today’s update is anything worth jumping for joy over. Still, there are a few nice changes here that were reported by the game’s community. The first of these seems to fix discovery names being reset on load, which was likely just more strange than it was a major issue for some. Taking damage in locations where you’re supposed to not take damage can be quite a frustrating issue too, so it’s good to see that problem taken care of. Other than that, your friends taking damage and having it apply to you is never a nice thing, so it’s great to see the team at Hello Games squashing that bug for good. As always, if there are any other issues you find yourself running into, be sure to let them know through their official bug report form.
