Another month, another set of games for PlayStation gamers! Sony has revealed the free titles coming to PS Plus subscribers. Battle humans and demons in ancient Japan in Nioh. If that’s not your type of game, perhaps the psychological thriller Outlast 2 is more your speed.
PS Plus November 2019: Demons and Survival
Set during the Sengoku period, Nioh has PS Plus players take the role of an Irish sailor named William. Pursuing an enemy of his own, William’s quest takes him to Japan. Allying with Tokugawa Ieyasu, William trains in combat to battle his foe Edward Kelley and the demon invasion that has taken the land by storm. Nioh is an action-adventure game that gives players a wide arsenal to do battle, from swords to magic. Outlast 2 is the second game available to PS Plus subscribers. It follows the adventure of investigative journalist Blake Langermann. While investigating the murder of a Jane Doe in the Arizona desert, Blake and his wife Lynn are separated after a helicopter crash. Blake begins the long trek through a village whose occupants believe the end of days is near. Therefore, he must find his wife and escape the crazed cults that pursue them. Outlast 2 is a first-person, survival horror title where the player must use their wits to outrun their enemies. Blake is equipped with a camcorder that can capture footage and utilize night vision. Also, players will have to find batteries and various healing items to facilitate their escape.
Nioh and Outlast 2 will be available to download for free on November 5. Meanwhile, make sure you add October’s PS Plus games The Last of Us Remastered and MLB The Show 19 to your library while you can!
