Nintendo has always been careful with its classic game releases. While the publisher has been drip-feeding content for the past few years, the releases have been made free. While users need to pay an entry fee either yearly or monthly, some fans have criticized the lackluster service. Citing a lack of classic games and a whole host of other issues, Nintendo Switch Online is hard to recommend. Despite including four classic game systems, users must buy into the premium tier to access them. While Sony and Microsoft enjoy giving free titles to players monthly, Nintendo has slowly been providing its own classic games. As the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack grows, so does the library of titles available on the platform. Now it seems like Nintendo is ready to bring another classic Pokémon game to the service. Announced for NSO Expansion Pack, Pokémon Puzzle League is finally getting a release on Nintendo Switch Online.
When Does Pokemon Puzzle League Launch for NSO Expansion Pack?
Despite this release being a little bit late since the launch of N64 Switch games, a release now is better than never. Compounded with the games already debuted on the service, NSO Expansion Pack is looking fuller with each addition. While the service might still be missing some titles fans have been asking for since the Nintendo Wii; the N64 offerings are better than most expect. Japan will also be receiving two titles; the exclusive Custom Robo series of games will launch on NSO Expansion Pack on July 15th. All users can enjoy other region games by creating a region-specific Nintendo account and downloading the Nintendo Switch Online apps from Japan to play in the US.
