September’s Kadokawa’s Comic Flapper magazine issue revealed that Shingo Adachi’s Lycoris Recoil anime would have a manga adaptation. The adaptation will launch in the magazine’s next issue on September 5th. Yasunori Bizen will be drawing the manga series. Lycoris Recoil serves as Adachi’s directorial debut.
Before the anime, they were the character designer and chief animation director for Sword Art Online and Working!!. Regarding the Lycoris Recoil anime, Imigimuru (The Art Club has a Problem!) is designing the television anime, with A-1 Pictures producing. Ben-To author drafted the overall story.

The cast for the Lycoris Recoil English dub has yet to be revealed. Currently, the anime is described as;

The elite Chisato Nishikigi is the strongest Lycoris of all time. Alongside is Takina Inou, the talented but mysterious Lycoris. They work together at one of its branches- Cafe LycoReco.
Here, the orders this cafe takes range from coffee and sweets to childcare, shopping, teaching Japanese to foreign student, etc. It’s mostly tasks unbefitting of Lycoris.
The free-spirited and optimistic pacifist, Chisato. And the cool-headed and efficient Takina. The chaotic everyday lives of the mismatched duo begin as they fight crime in their spare time!
The Lycoris Recoil anime first premiered on July 2nd. Since the anime’s debut, it has been voted the best of the week immediately after its premiere. It has also remained on top for many weeks until the premiere of Uncle from Another World and Overlord IV. Crunchyroll is currently streaming the anime as it airs in Japan. An English dub will also be posted at a later, undefined date.
Currently, it is unknown when the Lycoris Recoil manga will be available for Western Release.
