What Caused Lisa Loring’s Death?
According to Deadline, Lisa Loring passed away after she suffered “a massive stroke.” Loring’s close friend, Laure Jacobson, broke the news of the actress’s death. In a Facebook post on January 28, Loring’s friend gave a statement about the actress’ death.
Jacobson announced the actress’ death with “great sadness.” According to Jacobson, Loring suffered a “massive stroke brought on by smoking and high blood pressure,” four days before she died. The Wednesday Addams original actress was on life support three days before her family made the disheartening decision to pull the plug.
Jacobson continued by saying that the actress “is embedded in the tapestry that is pop culture and in our hearts always as Wednesday Addams.” Loring’s friend continued by saying wonderful things like how the actress was a “beautiful, kind, a loving mother.” The Blood Frenzy actress’s legacy in the entertainment world can not be overlooked. The legacy Loring also left for her family and friends is massive. The actress brought loads of love, affection, humor, and fun to her friends and family. Loring will be missed by all who have felt her impact on their lives.

The American actress played her most-known role “in the first live-action adaptation of Charles Addams’ New Yorker cartoons.” The Iced actress was just six years old when she took up the role of Wednesday Addams. The show stretched from 1964 through 1966 and produced 64 episodes in 2 seasons. Loring’s work as Wednesday Addams recently came to life after Jenna Ortega portrayed the iconic character in the Netflix series that has become popular.
Her character in the iconic movie brought her fame and recognition. Loring continued her role as Wednesday in the 1977 television movie Halloween with the New Addams Family. Loring’s last acting credit was in the movie, Doctor Spine in 2015. The original Wednesday Addams actress is survived by her two daughters Marianne and Vanessa, who were at her bedside when she passed on. The actress is also survived by grandchildren, Emiliana and Charles.
