In a surprising twist to the confusing saga of Persona 5 related games that have come in the past few months, it turns out that the upcoming Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers is the direct follow up to the plot of the original Persona 5.
The game is a direct sequel to the events of the original Persona 5, but with a gameplay style more akin to the Dynasty Warriors series, as seen in similar franchise spinoffs such as the Zelda series’ Hyrule Warriors, and Fire Emblems’s own Fire Emblem Warriors.
