Best Starter Fire-Type Pokémon
No exclusive is needed here to get Infernape. You can kick off the game with this one, giving you plenty of time to evolve Chimchar. Otherwise, you can always find it in the Grand Underground.
As it’s both fire and fighting-type, Infernape is a well-rounded Pokémon to have in the line-up. It has great moves like Flare Blitz and Close Combat. Just be aware of its weaknesses, and you can cause some serious damage with it.
