Nidoqueen, the female counterpart of the Drill Pokémon Nidoking, will be one of the Three-Star Raid Bosses that Trainers can encounter during the Valentine’s Day 2023 Event in Pokémon GO. Like her male partner, Nidoqueen is a Poison- and Ground-type pocket monster, making her resistant and weak to the same elements as Nidoking. More specifically, Nidoqueen is strong against Electric-, Poison-, Fairy-, Bug-, Rock-, and Fighting-type Moves, but she is weak to Ground-, Water-, Ice-, and Psychic-type attacks in Pokémon GO. With these characteristics in mind, you should be able to determine which combatants in your roster are best suited for this Three-Star Raid.
Best Counters for Nidoqueen Raid in Pokémon GO
Mewtwo, Hoopa’s variations, Lunala, and Kyogre are undoubtedly the best Legendary counters for Nidoqueen in a Pokémon GO 2023 Raid. On the other hand, if you have Mega Energy, you can utilize Mega Alakazam, Mega Swampert, Mega Blastoise, and Mega Gyarados to be just as effective for the Three-Star Raid during the Valentine’s Day Event.
