Black Augurite is an Everyday Item in Pokémon Legends: Arceus players will need to evolve Scyther into Kleavor. Kleavor is a Bug and Rock-Type Axe Pokémon capable of delivering devastating blows that deal massive damage to even formidable opponents. Such a Pokémon would be a great asset to one’s team when fighting various Alpha Pokémon about the open-world world. Finding Black Augurite in Pokémon Legends: Arceus is not easy, as its drop or locations are never guaranteed. However, players can receive Black Augurite as a quest reward for the Request “A Nosepass To Guide The Way,” which can be accepted later in the game.
How to Get Black Augurite in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
Other than a single quest reward, Black Augurite can be found via two ways in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. First, players can use their Ursaluna Mount to discover random buried treasure, which has a chance of being Black Augurite. Another way is by farming Gravelers, Rock and Ground-Type Pokémon found across the world.

Once players have progressed far enough in the main story, they will unlock Ursaluna as a ridable Mount. When riding atop Ursaluna, Trainers can locate buried items using the Pokémon’s “scanning” ability. If no treasure is nearby, the small radar will be green. However, when a player approaches an item’s location, the pulsing radar will change to yellow and red, growing in size as the Ursaluna draws closer to the hidden object. Once Trainers are close enough, a prompt to “Dig for treasure” will appear. Ursaluna will dig up the item, which can potentially be Black Augurite.
The other way to get Black Augurite is by battling Gravelers. These Pokémon spawn across the map but can be found typically in the more mountainous regions. After defeating a Graveler, it has a slight chance to drop Black Augurite.
