If you are working towards completing requests in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, you may be familiar with Choy’s “New Wares” requests. In his fourth request, New Wares Yet Again, he asks you to acquire sand radishes. Sand radishes are also used to make Twice-Spiced Radish, a food item that boosts your Pokemon’s power. This guide will teach you where to find sand radishes in Pokemon Legends: Arceus.
Where to Find Sand Radishes in Pokemon Legends: Arceus
There are four main ways to obtain sand radishes:
- Located in the Heart’s Crag in Alabaster Icelands
- Rarely found in Cobalt Coastlands
- Completing the Request “Mushroom Hunting with Swinub”
- Purchasing from the Ginkgo Guild for 800 Poké Dollars
On Heart’s Crag in Alabaster Icelands, multiple sand radishes will spawn for you to gather. Within this area, you may also encounter Pokemon such as Rufflet, Basculin and Gardevoir. The sand radishes in this area are also renewable and will respawn periodically. However, to access this area, you must be star rank five. Alternatively, you may travel to Cobalt Coastlands for a chance to find sand radishes. The sand radish will appear as a blue, leafy plant on the ground in both regions.
Another method of finding sand radishes is completing the request “Mushroom Hunting with Swinub”. Using a Swinub pokemon, you must hunt wild mushrooms in the Alabaster Icelands. Upon completing the request, you will obtain five sand radishes. This also provides you with an opportunity to visit Alabaster Icelands and grab the three sand radishes that spawn in Heart’s Crag.
If you have some spare Poké Dollars, you can also purchase sand radishes from the Ginkgo Guild in Jubilife Village. Each sand radish costs 800 Poké Dollars and can be sold for 200 Poké Dollars. While they are pricey, this also means that if you have an overabundance of them and do not plan on using them all, you can sell them for some extra money.
