Ready your weapons for the call for duty as developer Games Incubator invites all players to playtest their upcoming action simulator, Police Shootout: Prologue. Starting now through the game’s Steam page, players will get to experience intense situations through solving cases and learn the story of a young policeman who moved from a big city to a small town. Players should also expect the title to release sometime this year once Games Incubator is ready to launch the full game.
Become A Protector of the Law in Police Shootout
In Police Shootout, players will assume the role of an officer who steps onto the frontlines to save lives. It is your job to serve and protect the public from dangerous threats, and these can go from the small cases to the heartbreaking ones. As Scott Price, you move to the small city of San Adrino after abandoning a solid career from a bigger position. But why? Only the players will know when Police Shootout officially releases, but in the meantime, there are the playtests to check out.
With Police Shootout acting as a simulator, it’s up to you on how you approach the various situations. From small store robberies to murderous hostages, every step you take is critical to the end of any nail-biting moment. Based on what we’ve seen in the Playtest trailer, the action can get pretty heavy, so proceed with caution, officer.
Any player can jump onto the case now by visiting Police Shootout: Prologue‘s Steam page and signing up. It’s technically labeled as the demo for the game, but Games Incubator is advertising it as a playtest to eradicate any bugs they might’ve missed during development. If you’re thinking of trying out the Prologue for Police Shootout, be sure to let us know in the comments below and add the title to your wishlist!
