The PlayStation Plus game library has received its first update, which is now accessible to Extra and Premium subscribers of the redesigned service, confirming widespread rumors about this month’s lineup. PS Plus will include more than a dozen new games for Premium and Extra subscribers on July 19th, including Final Fantasy 7, Assassin’s Creed, and Marvel Avengers.
PlayStation Plus Announces New Games for July
The updated list of new free games has been revealed that will be available as part of PlayStation Plus Premium and Extra in July 2022. When Sony updated PS Plus last month, it added two new levels to the service that each include a variety of titles. So, those with Premium and Extra may anticipate even more titles regularly. The first monthly update for the new PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium services includes five Assassin’s Creed games, Marvel’s Avengers, Final Fantasy 7 Remake, and cat adventure Stray.
Beginning on July 19th, PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers will get access to the following additional games:
- Stray (PS4 and PS5)
- Marvel’s Avengers (PS4 and PS5)
- Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade and Episode Intermission (PS5 only)
- Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag
- Assassin’s Creed Unity
- Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered
- Assassin’s Creed Freedom Cry
- Assassin’s Creed The Ezio Collection
- Saints Row 4: Re-Elected
- Saints Row Gat out of Hell
- Spirit of the North: Enhanced Edition (PS5 only)
- Ice Age: Scrat’s Nutty Adventure
- Jumanji The Video Game
- Paw Patrol on a Roll!
- ReadySet Heroes
The two PSP games offered exclusively to PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers are as follows:
- No Heroes Allowed!
- LocoRoco Midnight Carnival
Sony mainly integrated the old PlayStation Now subscription library into the new PlayStation Plus service, launched in June to persuade PlayStation Plus members to upgrade to Extra or Premium. The monthly fee for PlayStation Plus Extra is $14.99, while those for Premium are $17.99. You can get the full list of everything coming to PS Plus Premium and Extra starting next week.
