One of the newest fads in the gaming world is PC ports. Many games released for specific platforms find their place in the PC gaming world. Sony is one of the biggest industries to do this, and they don’t plan to stop. In a recent interview, Sony’s president announced that PS5 exclusives will still get PC ports but will take much longer to be released on that platform. This is for people to try the game on PlayStation before jumping elsewhere. Although the wait will be long, it’s good to know that many more people can try these great titles.
PS5 Exclusives Will Keep Getting PC Ports at a Later Date
– SIE will increase the number of PS5 exclusive titles with but they also plan more PC Release
– it's too early to judge PSVR2 popularity but they are happy about the positive reactions.

This announcement comes in the form of an interview with the president of the Japanese company, who reveals his plans for PlayStation-exclusive titles. He said the goal is to continue releasing PS5 exclusives as PC ports but not during the original launch period. This means those hoping to play Final Fantasy 16 on PC this year must wait much longer. We can understand the rationale behind this strategy, but it would be great if Sony would release the titles on PC on the same launch day as on console.

All this generates more sales and convinces people to buy Sony’s new console. Now that it is easier to get it, many more can play the exclusives of this company that, fortunately, have been great.
2023 is not over yet, and two massive games are coming out. We have Final Fantasy 16 coming out next month, and Spider-Man 2 may be coming this year. Many are waiting for the official release announcement of the latter next week. Although we won’t see these PS5 exclusives as PC ports in the next few months, hope dies last.
In the meantime, those with PS5 should keep an eye out for upcoming releases, and hopefully, we’ll see plenty of new games during the next PlayStation Showcase this month.
