Starting January 1, aspiring mobile esports semi-pros are invited to sign up and compete in the new 2021 PUBG MOBILE Club Open. This will be the biggest ever PUBG MOBILE semi-pro esports competition to date, and it will be a chance for many newcomers to make a name for themselves. Tens of thousands of teams registered in the PMCO 2020, making it an incredible success. There is no doubt that the PMCO 2021 will also reach new heights of greatness. PMCO 2021 will be available across 27 regions, with registration staying open until January 24. This grand event just goes to show PUBG MOBILE’s commitment to continue growing their esports ecosystem to support competitors of all levels.
Despite all the craziness that was 2020, the year ended out being a standout for PUBG MOBILE esports, with over 120,000 teams from around the world applying to compete. Many of these teams were able to show their outstanding skill and earned the ability to move up into the next level of competition. However, with this year’s PMCO expansion, even more players will be able to continue improving their skills, get a feel of competitive play, and earn the right to compete in the highest levels of mobile esports competition known to date! The stakes are even higher this year, as PUBG MOBILE esports announced $14,000,000 in prize money.
The regions PMCO will be expanding to in 2021 are; Europe, Middle East, South Asia, LATAM, and Southeast Asia.
