Why Did Raquel Leviss Send Legal Letter To Her Vanderpump Rules Co-stars?
The 28-year-old reality star is taking legal action against her co-stars. Some Vanderpump Rules castmates may have obtained a recording of Leviss’ “intimate FaceTime video session with Tom Sandoval.” As a result of the video, Sandoval’s relationship with Ariana Madix has ended.
Leviss sent a legal letter to Vanderpump Rules cast members through her attorney. The letter implored her co-stars to delete the intimate clip and stop sending it around. According to TMZ, the TV personality claimed that the video was recorded “illegally without her knowledge or Consent.” In the letter, Leviss’ lawyer cited a California law against revenge porn, making it a crime to invade a person’s privacy.
According to the lawyer, it is wrong to disseminate “non-consensual pornography.” Therefore, the reality star’s attorney ordered anyone in possession of the recording to swiftly delete it. However, a source reported to Page Six that the video has not been circulated amongst cast members. They continued by saying that no one else had seen the clip except Leviss, Sandoval, and Madix.
The Sandoval Madix And Leviss Cheating Scandal
Last Friday, Page Six reported that Madix discovered that Leviss and Sandoval were having a month-long affair. Madix had seen the sexually explicit video on the actor’s phone.
A source revealed that Madix was heartbroken after she saw the video because she had “no idea there were any issues.” The former couple has been in a relationship for nearly a decade.
The source continued to share that Madix and Sandoval were affectionate to each other in public recently. The source also noted that Madix feels “betrayed” by the reality star because she considered her a “friend.” Leviss’ representatives are yet to comment on the issue publicly.
