How To Start Construction Contracts In RuneScape
To start construction contracts in RuneScape, you have to have at least 40 points in the construction skill. If you do not have 40 points, you can level it by building items in your home. After this, you can then get contracts from any estate agent in the game.
To find estate agents, check your map in any major settlement and look for a brown house icon. You can also speed this process up by using the Lunar NPC contact spell, which will instantly find an agent so you can get a contract.
Moving on, once you accepted a construction contract, you will then need to get to the described location of the contract. But before you arrive, make sure to bring some decent planks or materials because the higher the quality of the material is, the more credits you get. Check the list below for ideal materials to use.

Each item you need to repair will generally require up to 10 planks and four normal nails. But for example, if you use two bolts of cloth on a large bed, you will increase the reward.
When you arrive at the location, you will need to talk to the owner of the home or building. The owner will inform you of what items they need you to repair. After this, you will then need to go to various empty marked locations and build various furniture.
Upon completion, you will get rewarded with up to 5 construction credits based on what supplies you used. After you get some credits, you can use them at the Estate agent’s shop to either buy more planks or upgrades to the Master constructor’s outfit.
