Ryan Grantham fears what he could face in jail after being convicted for the murder of his 64-year-old mother. The 1995-born actor was sentenced last Wednesday in Canada Supreme Court, British Columbia. The judge’s sentence comes six months after the Riverdale actor pleaded guilty to a second-degree murder charge.
The unfortunate incident occurred in 2020. He shot his mom Barbara Waite while filming the entire incident with a portable camera. The actor had other nefarious events on his list. His next plan was to assassinate Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. If he couldn’t achieve that, he was set to carry out a mass shooting on the campus of Simon Fraser University.
Ryan Grantham was on his way to execute his evil plan before he had a change of mind, confessed to the cops, and got convicted of murder.
Ryan Graham Convicted of Murder And Plans To Assassinate P.M
On September 23, 2022, the actor pleaded guilty to second-degree murder after initially being charged with first-degree murder. During the trial, his lawyers stated he had anxiety, clinical depression, and suicidal thoughts prior to his crime. Grantham was sentenced to life in prison, and he’ll be eligible for parole in 14 years.
It’s quite sad seeing a young and promising Ryan Grantham being convicted of murder. His lawyer, Chris Johnson, tells TMZ that Grantham is small in stature and slight in build. He’s standing a mere 5’2″ and weighing about 100 lbs. Grantham passes for a teenager and looks exactly like the frail characters he’s played in movies and on TV.
The lawyer is worried that the Supernatural actor would be physically, psychologically, and sexually intimidated if he’s locked up in a max security prison. Johnson can only put his best foot forward, but it’s left to the correctional facilities to decide the actor’s fate.
There are mixed feelings as fans never believed that Ryan Grantham will one day be convicted of murder.
