Amid “Scandoval,” Scheana Shay and Lala Kent got together to share their Uber One journey and VPR Season 10 drama. In a chat with E! News, the BFFs praised the initiative, making it clear how much using it helps them. For Shay, whose song, Good as Gold, was also used for the brand’s ad, Uber One is a lifesaver. “I use it for work, I use it for fun,” she shared. The mom of one added that she decided to hop on and be a member after she found out about the benefits. On the other hand, Kent revealed that Uber One saves her money and time, considering she usually orders takeout at night. Scheana Shay and Lala Kent Were Blindsided by “Scandoval”
Scheana Shay and Lala Kent also discussed their thoughts about the controversy surrounding their co-stars and the resulting “Scandoval.” Although Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss’ affair happened months back, the shock is yet to wear off from their cast mates. In particular, Shay, who was best friends with Leviss, was gobsmacked at the news. Shay and Leviss fell out soon after that, with Leviss accusing Shay of hitting her. She also obtained a temporary protective injunction against her former friend. Following the surprising revelation, Scheana Shay and Lala Kent discussed the VPR Season 10 drama. On her part, Shay replied that she keeps wondering how she missed the telltale signs that were quite obvious.Â
The reality TV star shared that she and other co-stars are yet to recover from the scandal. However, considering her relationship with Leviss, she couldn’t believe she was oblivious to Sandoval and Leviss’ affair for that long. Kent added her two cents, disclosing that her co-star, Shay, “has been really hard on herself” following the scandal. She drew a parallel to the situation with her relationship with her ex, Randall Emmett, who she split from in 2021.

Kent also revealed that she and Shay have reflected on the time before “Scandoval.” She disclosed that her cast-mate was “mortified” when she reminisced on the times she supported Leviss without knowing the whole truth. However, the actress clarified that she told Shay that it is normal to think the world of one’s friends. She affirmed the latter’s position, adding that she also gets astounded watching some of the scenes from VPR season 10. The “Give Them Lala” author further opened up on what shocked her the most about “Scandoval.”
“Just the way that Raquel and Sandoval would act within the group,” she mentioned. The 32-year-old further explained her position adding, “And things they felt comfortable saying, knowing that they were doing what they were doing. It’s like a whole different level of just psychological mind f–key.“
Kent also referred to reality television’s difficult nature, though she admitted the latest happenings in Vanderpump Rules were wild. It is great to see Kent helping her friend Shay overcome the feelings she has about the VPR Season 10 drama. Hopefully, Scheana Shay and Lala Kent can gradually get back to sanity after an intensely dramatic season.
