Taking place on an island in the Mediterranean in the 19th century. It will tell the story of his first major case as a young 21-year-old man. The place he must navigate is rife with corruption, and the difference between social classes is glaringly apparent. The young Sherlock Holmes returns to his childhood home where his mother passed when he was younger. The problem is that how she died is not very clear, leading Holmes to enlist the help of his best friend Jonathan. The relationship between Holmes and Jonathan, someone he met before Watson, will be central to the fabric of the story.
What’s new in Sherlock Holmes Chapter One?
Players will work to solve mysteries using what developers called the “Global Investigation System.” Frogwares hopes that it will make gamers truly feel like a detective solving a case. This system is known for it’s “no hand-holding” method of gameplay. If one wishes to advance past a certain point, they will need to put Sherlock Holmes’ skills to the test.
