It’s been already a few weeks since Sonic Frontiers was released. It is a very ambitious game that manages to shine in some areas but falls flat in others, as we said in our review. However, that isn’t a reason to stop playing it. The game is quite fun, and it has one of the best soundtracks we’ve heard in a while. But with a number of nice things, there’s also a plethora of glitches and bugs that are still affecting the game. Not breaking it, but still, they need fixing. Today, the Sonic Frontiers Update 1.10 arrived with few but notable fixes. Here are the patch notes.
Sonic Frontiers Update 1.10 Patch Notes
- Fixed Random Crashing Problems
- Fixed some Audio Related Issues
- Added some UI Improvements
- Added some Gameplay Optimizations
- Stability and Performance Improvements
- Other minor fixes
As you can see, there isn’t a lot in this Sonic Frontiers Update 1.10, although it is still nice to see SEGA working to improve Sonic Frontiers. People are still playing the newest title, despite the horrible pop-in issues, which remain to be the worst in the game. The other things aren’t too bad and don’t affect the game that much.

Even with all of that, Sonic Frontiers still offers a lot of things to do, from map challenges that are required to unlock your map to some fun and classic levels from the Sonic franchise. We hope that SEGA continues supporting the game for a long time. SEGA already announced that besides the Sonic Frontiers Update 1.10, there is more Free DLC to come. The first one was a Collaboration with Monster Hunter. We still don’t know what the next will be, but according to the developers, the DLCs will extend to 2023. You can get Sonic Frontiers for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
