Netflix Geeked has officially revealed the release date for Sonic Prime, the upcoming 3D animated Netflix series coming holiday of 2022. The new Sonic series will be released on December 15, 2022, and the official Netflix Geeked Twitter page has revealed some new character artwork to commemorate.

Sonic Prime: Release Date, New Posters, and Netflix TOON-IN!
Netflix has finally confirmed that the highly-anticipated Sonic Prime series will be officially premiering on the platform come December 15, 2022. The reveal comes a day after Netflix Geeked teased its upcoming TOON-IN presentation with Kiera Please live in Tiktok and Twitch on October 27, 2022, at 5 pm PST.
During the presentation, Kiera will present a sneak peek at the upcoming Sonic Prime series in anticipation of its December 15 release date. In addition to that, the show will feature in an exclusive interview with theOdd1sout on his new series Oddballs, the world premiere of the first episode of The Dragon Prince season 4 in anticipation of its November 3 release date, and finally a sneak peek at season 2 of Inside Job.
All of these premieres will be presented alongside Sonic Prime, which also released new character artwork for several characters that will be featured in the series. These include Sonic – voiced by Deven Mack – Amy, Tails, Knuckles, Dr. Eggman, Shadow the Hedgehog, Big the Cat, and Rouge the Bat.
The voice cast for Sonic Prime has been updated as well for all characters revealed so far. Brian Drummond will be voicing Dr. Eggman, Ashleigh Ball will bring life to Sonic’s best friend Tails, Shannon Chan-Kent will voice Amy Rose, Adam Nurada will play Knuckles, and Ian Hanlin will voice both Shadow and Big the Cat.
