E3 2018 is just around the corner and considering how dominant they have been this console generation, it is no surprise that Sony’s conference the most anticipated. Below are a few things you can expect from this year’s conference, including how to watch it.
When does Sony’s conference take place?
Sony’s E3 2018 conference will take place Monday, June 11 at 9 PM ET.
Where can I watch Sony’s E3 2018 conference?
Sony will be live streaming via it’s official PlayStation YouTube channel, the PlayStation website, PlayStation Twitch channel, and PlayStation Facebook page.
The Nerd Stash will also be live streaming the event all weekend through our Twitch channel, which will also be embedded on the main page of our website.
What will Sony be presenting?
As always, these events tend to be wild cards. If last year was any indication though, as Sony showcased over 24 PlayStation titles during E3 2017, PlayStation fans are in for a treat. Below are a few of the titles that are most likely to appear.
- The Last of Us Part II
- Ghosts of Tshushima
- Death Stranding
- Days Gone
Rumors speculate that the main focus of the conference will be an “exclusive look” at Spider-Man, which releases next year. One can only hope we will see gameplay from one of the titles above, especially considering all we’ve seen of Death Stranding so far have been obscure cinematics.
Expect plenty of third-party publishers and developers too, as Sony has confirmed the conference will feature a range of “stellar announcements” featuring them.
Last but not least, there is always the possibility of more information about the PS5, though the company has been adamant that the presentation will not have much, if anything, to do with the next console.
