With the impending release of Ubisoft’s absurd and obscene role-playing game, South Park: The Fractured But Whole, the company has released details surrounding the games seasons pass. Broken into three separate, DLC packs and Day One content, each will also be available for purchasable outside the pass as well.
“Danger Deck” will see players face off against the ultimate combat challenge against Doctor Timothy. Based on the information provided, the add-on will be more focuses on combat challenges, not adding as much story as the other DLC. Players will be able to unlock exclusive costumes and artifacts in the mode though. The “Danger Deck” rings in at $6 as a standalone, and will be available for purchase in December.
The next two DLC are story add-ons. “From Dusk til Casa Bonita” sees the players team up with The Coon and Mysterion to defeat a demonic presence at Casa Bonita. “Bring the Crunch” doesn’t have any plot details revealed quite yet, but will feature a new superhero class. Each will be available for purchase outside of the pass during respective dates in 2018 for $12.
The Day One extra content for Season Pass holders includes “Relics of Zaron” pack, filled with unique costume and perks, available for non-season pass holders on October 17 for $5 USD. “Towelie: Your Gaming Bud” works as your own personal Clippy, providing in-game tips and pothead towel related jokes, and will be available to those without a season pass on October 24 for $2 USD.
The season pass is available for $30, but is also included with the games Gold Edition, which sells for $90. South Park: The Fractured But Whole comes out on October 17, 2017, for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
