Star Wars fans, it’s time to break out your wallet and throw even more money at Valve. Now through May 7th the 2015 Star Wars Collection is available on Steam for the low price of 23 USD. For you math junkies out there, that is 77 percent off of its usual retail price of 100 USD. The bundle includes over a dozen games from the Star Wars franchise and is just screaming to be added to your Steam library.
Check out the image below, or the Star Wars Collection Steam page to see all the games included in the bundle.
Even if you’re not really a PC gamer you should give this bundle a look. Anyone with a semi modern laptop will be able to find enjoyment in many of these titles (including some absolute gems like Battlefront 2 and Empire at War – Gold Pack which will all run on the PC equivalent of a potato). And if you’re only interested in a few games or don’t feel like buying the entire bundle, don’t worry, you can get in on the fun as well. Every game found in the Star Wars Collection is discounted to 70 percent off its normal price.
In my opinion, the price of admission is worth it for Republic Commando and Empire at War alone, the latter of which has an incredible mod scene. In fact I think I have spent more time in Stargate: Empire at War (a Stargate themed total conversion mod for Empire at War) then I have spent in the base game itself. So if you pick up this bundle, be sure to check out the Empire at War mod community.
That pretty well covers it. If you’re a Star Wars fan, you should stop whatever you are doing and go buy the Star Wars Collection right now.
