Taylor Swift Receives Innovator Award During iHeartRadio Award Ceremony on Monday
Taylor Swift receives Innovator Award while attending the prestigious iHeartRadio Award ceremony on Monday night. According to the iHeartRadio Music Awards, the singer’s career has cut across different issues.
Swift uses her music to advocate women’s rights and motivate young people concerning their voting rights. Phoebe Bridgers presented the award.
Taylor Swift at iHeartRadio Music Awards was very delighted when she came on the stage. The singer talked about her passion for making the “right decisions.” To her, it never matters if her ideas have been successfully executed before. She agreed that her decision to take risks and bring innovation makes a difference.
After thanking fans, as usual, Swift got real with her audience. She explained that failure is part of a successful journey before adding:
“So go easy on yourself. Make the right choices that make sense for you and someone one day might think you’re innovative.”
Apart from the Innovator Award, she claimed the song of the year award for “Anti-Hero.” Her ex-lover, Harry Styles, was honored with an artist of the year. In his category, he beat Swift, Beyonce, Drake, Jack Harlow, and Lizzo.
Swift’s iHeartRadio win comes days after she debuted her first show for the Eras Tour. She hit the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, with a setlist of fifty songs for the night.
