Teddi Mellencamp believes Lisa Vanderpump could have orchestrated Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval’s affair. The TV personality revealed her theory during a discussion of her “On Display” podcast.
Since the Sandoval scandal surfaced, fans have shared countless opinions on social media. Leviss and Sandoval have also received backlash from their co-stars. However, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star’s suggestion was quite different from what people have said so far.
Teddi Mellencamp Says Lisa Vanderpump Could Be The Mastermind
One of the hot topics on Mellencamp’s March 9 episode of her podcast was Leviss and Sandoval’s affair. In a discussion with Tamra Judge and Melissa Gorga the Indiana native, 41, said:
“[Lisa] probably paid Raquel [Leviss] to do this.”
Mellencamp’s suggestion came ahead of Vanderpump’s March 8 appearance on Watch What Happens Live. As the ladies discussed what Vanderpump would say, Mellencamp, speculated that Andy Cohen invited the restaurateur, 62, to his Bravo talk show after a long hiatus because “nobody’s cared until now.”
The former Celebrity Big Brother star also guessed that the U.K. native would have Sandoval’s back amid his breakup with Ariana Madix. Mellencamp continued her speculations, explaining that her former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills costar would indicate that Madix and Sandoval who broke up after 9 years of being together have been having issues before the split. The TV star said imitating Vanderpump:
“His needs weren’t met. [Sandoval and Leviss] fell in love. They couldn’t help themselves.”

Judge aired her opinion on the Lisa Vanderpump case after hearing the Teddi Mellencamp theory. According to Judge, Vanderpump simply wants the best for her cast members.
The fitness coach, 55, suggested that Vanderpump wants what is best for herself as she would have done the same. Judge also noted that no one would want their show ruined and would most likely do want best to keep things going.
After all the predictions, Vanderpump and Cohen’s interview finally aired. Unlike what was initially suggested, the businesswoman did not defend Sandoval. Vanderpump said she ‘didn’t see it coming,” and she sent her support to Madix.
