Terrell Owens is one of the most celebrated athletes of all time. Though the famed NFL star mostly keeps a low profile these days, he recently had to defend a fan at a local CVS. According to TMZ, Terrell, also known simply as T.O., stopped by a CVS in Inglewood, California, to get a few items. This was around 11:30 pm on Saturday night. While in the pharmacy, a fan approached Terrell Owens and the two engaged in a friendly conversation.
However, according to T.O., a second man approached the two and began to assault the fan verbally. This is what started the altercation. According to a witness, the man went as far as to threaten to fight the fan outside the CVS. The altercation with Terrell continued, and the group then went outside with T.O. playing the role of peacemaker. However, the aggressor escalated the situation and even tried to hit Terrell Owens.
Sources state that the altercation ended with T.O. punching the aggressor in the chin, which caused him to collapse. He soon returned to his feet. The store did not call out the police to investigate the incident. The Terrell Owens altercation is a weird situation, but it seems he kept the situation from getting worse.
